External Circular 100-000010 of the Superintendency of Companies Objective:

The Superintendency of Companies (the “Supercompanies”) recently issued External Circular 100-000010 (the “Circular”), directed to its supervised entities so that they integrate the preparation of a sustainability report (the “Report”) into their practices.
