Schellenberg Wittmer is thrilled to announce that Dr. Stéphanie Chuffart-Finsterwald will join the firm as a Partner on September 1, 2024.
Stéphanie will head our Life Sciences, Intellectual Property, and ICT practices in Geneva. She advises on a range of R&D, compliance and venture projects, IP strategy, Data Protection as well as dispute resolution matters and has led a prominent practice at sigma legal. Stéphanie’s expertise will enhance our ability to serve our clients’ high demands in these legal fields.
She holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and a Ph.D. in International Law from the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies.
Stéphanie will strengthen Schellenberg Wittmer’s Life Sciences, Intellectual Property, and ICT well-established practices, which consist of 18 specialists across its Geneva and Zurich offices.
