GRENERGY AGREES TO ACQUIRE PROJECT “PÉTALO DEL MAGDALENA I” FROM BLACK ORCHID SOLAR MANAGEMENT S.A.S., TO CONTINUE THEIR EXPANSION AND PRESENCE IN RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS IN COLOMBIA

PHR acted as Colombian local counsel to the Grenergy group in the negotiation and execution of the assets purchase agreement to acquire from Black Orchid Solar Management S.A.S., the assets related with the renewable energy generation project “Pétalo del Magdalena I”, located in Magdalena, Colombia. The purchase is subject to the verification of customary conditions to closing.
