PHR acted as an advisor to Odinsa S.A. in the automatic registration and approval of the public offering of ordinary bonds and commercial papers under an Issuance and Placement Program aimed at the secondary market for 5 years, with a global quota of COP 500,000,000,000 and to be issued in the second market of the Colombian public securities market. The proceeds are for substituting its financial liabilities and/or developing Odinsa’s corporate purpose. Odinsa consolidates its participation in the Colombian capital market with this operation and reaffirms its commitment to the country.
