PHR has advised Davivienda and Grupo Bolivar in the business combination between Davivienda and the operations of Scotiabank in Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama. Per the terms of the combination transaction, Scotiabank will transfer its banking operations in Colombia, Costa Rica and Panama to Davivienda, including Mercantil Colpatria’s interest in Scotiabank Colpatria.
