GRENERGY AGREES TO ACQUIRE THE PROJECTS “LOS CABALLEROS†AND “MEDINA†FROM GRUPO SOLARI TO CONTINUE THEIR EXPANSION AND PRESENCE IN RENEWABLE ENERGY PROJECTS IN COLOMBIA
Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian local counsel to Grenergy in the negotiation and execution of the assets purchase agreement to acquire from Grupo Solari the assets related with the renewable generation projects “los Caballeros†and “la Medinaâ€, both located in Tolima, Colombia. The purchase is subject to the verification of customary conditions to closing.
