We are pleased to announce that our colleague Pablo Rojas has been promoted as Senior Partner at CRF Rojas Abogados!
Pablo works from the La Paz office. He holds a Master’s degree in International Law and has been a professor of Commercial Law at the Universidad Católica San Pablo in La Paz. He manages the firm’s administration, as well as the Corporate and Mining practice areas. His work mainly focuses on commercial law, mining and real rights, with special expertise in corporate governance, agency and distribution agreements, and securities.
He directs the administration of the Firm, and the Corporate and Mining Practice Area in La Paz. He has worked at the firm since 1995 and is the fourth generation of lawyers at the firm. His practice generally focuses on commercial, mining and property, with particular expertise in corporate governance, agency and distribution agreements, and securities.
Pablo is a recurring advisor and representative of some of the largest foreign companies that invest in Bolivia.
Likewise, Pablo Rojas has been a speaker and panelist before the International Bar Association and the University of Miami, and has contributed numerous publications to the American Bar Association and the various Lawyer Associations to which the firm belongs exclusively.
