Delisting Tender Offer of Smurfit Kappy Group PLC to Delist Carton de Colombia S.A. Ordinary Shares

Tender Offer (“OPA”) of Smurfit Kappa Group plc (“SKG”) Ireland company to acquire the minority shares of Cartón de Colombia S.A. (“CdeCo”) listed company in the Colombian Stock Exchange (“BVC”) as consequence of the delisting procedure approved by CdeCo shareholders. SKG offered to buy 390.266 shares of Cartón de Colombia S.A and acquired after the OPA 20.537 shares, fulfilling with the prior requirement to delist Cartón de Colombia S.A shares of the BVC.
