Posse Herrera Ruiz acted as Colombian legal counsel to Auna S.A.A. and its Colombian subsidiaries in obtaining financing for the repayment of existing debt and for general corporate purposes. The proceeds of the first disbursement under the financing were applied to repay a U.S.$350,000,000 bridge loan and a U.S.$56,000,000 bridge loan. The proceeds of the second disbursement were used to pay down certain short-term credit lines and for general corporate purposes.
The financing was obtained through a note purchase agreement for U.S.$505.000.000 represented in senior secured notes due 2028.
