Grupo IMSA Sells its entire stake in O-TEK Argentina to the Wietersdorfer Group

On May 16, 2024, Grupo Imsa S.A. sold its entire stake in O-tek Argentina S.A. and Otek Servicios Argentina S.A., equivalent to 74.9% of the capital stock of these companies, to O-tek Internacional S.A.S. and WIG Latam Holdings GmBh, entities of the Austrian Wietersdorfer Group
