K&A advised Taiba Investment Company on a dual acquisition of Savola Group’s shares in Knowledge Economic City Company (a listed joint stock company) and Knowledge Economic City Developers Company (a limited liability company). K&A’s work included the full spectrum of legal services, including structuring the deal, drafting the relevant transaction documents, and providing other regulatory advice including competition analysis.
