Increase of the Minimum Legal Monthly Minimum Wage in Force for the Year 2025
The National Government has announced the increase of the legal monthly minimum wage in force for the year 2025. Important points to take into account: the integral minimum wage for the year 2025; legal transportation allowance for the year 2025.
Minimum Legal Monthly Salary for year 2025:
ONE MILLION FOUR HUNDRED
TWENTY-THREE THOUSAND FIVE
HUNDRED COLOMBIAN PESOS
($1,423,500), which represents an
increase of 9,54%.
Therefore, the minimum integral salary for 2025 shall be:
EIGHTEEN MILLION FIVE HUNDRED
FIVE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED
COLOMBIAN PESOS ($18,505,500)
The National Government set the legal transportation allowance for 2025 in the following amount: Legal transportation allowance for year 2025:
TWO HUNDRED THOUSAND
COLOMBIAN PESOS ($200,000),
This represents an increase of:
23,5%.

Note: Although the decrees have not yet been issued, the values indicated are expected to remain unchanged.
