Gibran Hazar is a renowned lawyer with over 25 years of experience, specializing in strategic litigation and regulatory law. He has achieved leadership in this field due to his deep understanding of internal corporate needs and his proven ability to handle cases of the highest technical and operational complexity. Throughout his career, he has served as an external lawyer and in legal management positions at leading Mexican companies in the telecommunications and media sectors, as well as at multinational companies in the health industry

In his role as trial lawyer, he has successfully represented several innovative and disruptive leading companies that digital economy, retail, passenger transportation services using electronic platforms, and home delivery of products and food, telecommunications, among others, obtaining court rulings and precautionary measures that ensure the company’s ongoing operation, competitiveness, growth and presence in new markets.

Gibran is known for its service based on its comprehensive knowledge of the applicable legal framework and governmental practices, which allows him to provide advice focused on generating added value in each case, as well as long-term solutions.

He currently holds the position of Head Professor of Tax Law at the Centro de Investigación y Docencia Económicas, A.C. (CIDE).

Currently, he is Professor of Amparo Law and Administrative Procedural Law at Universidad Panamericana (UP).
