César Meraz started his professional practice in 1987. In July 2000, he joined Chevez Ruiz Zamarripa as partner. He focuses his practice on administrative and constitutional litigation. He is an adviser to domestic and non-resident companies on tax strategies and defends their interests in the event of any actions on the part of the federal, state and municipal authorities.
He teaches the master’s in law course at the Facultad Libre de Derecho de Monterrey. He has been lecturer at various academic and professional forums in Mexico and abroad.
