Siaska SSS Lorenzo

Siaska has extensive experience in Labour, Data Privacy, Competition and Compliance, Telecommunications, Energy and Infrastructure, Concessions, Public Offers and Privatizations, as well as Administrative Law; He has experience in Anti-Corruption and Corporate issues, advising national and multinational companies.

She was a Partner for 21 years in a renowned firm in Panama, in charge of management issues before government offices, executive and mortgage collections in the Litigation department, and was a lawyer advising foreign investors in the main privatizations in the areas of energy, water, sugar mills. , cements, among others.

Regarding Telecommunications, he led the team that drafted the Telecommunications Framework Law in Panama and its respective Regulatory Decree in 1995.

From 2005 to 2009 she was the first woman Director of a national circulation newspaper, La Prensa, the one with the greatest impact on the country’s agenda. After her career at La Prensa, Siaska returned to private practice, opening the Arias Panama office in 2011. She has been managing partner since 2016.
