• A SYNDICATE OF INTERNATIONAL BANKS led by UniCredit Bank and including Tatra banka, ÄŒSOB and HYPO-BANK Burgenland on a EUR 175 million club loan provided to HB Reavis for the construction of Nivy Station (Stanica Nivy), in Bratislava
• CREDIT VALUE INVESTMENTS on a bond issue by a Slovak developer and administrator of a unique project in Bratislava through private placement financed by CVI, a major investment firm providing alternative finance products in CEE
• A LEADING SLOVAK BANK on the co-refinancing of assets of BBC Five ABC

CORPORATE AND M&A

• OTP BANK, the Hungary-based regional financial group, on all aspects of the sale of its 99.44% shares in its Slovak operations to the Belgian KBC Group
• SBERBANK AG on the sale of its majority stake in its Slovak subsidiary Sberbank Slovensko, a.s. including financial regulatory and transactional advice
• E.ON on the sale of a state-of-the art CCGT power plant to the regional power producer and distributor Západoslovenská energetika (ZSE), in which the Slovak state holds a 51% stake

• AMAZON on the Slovak law aspects of lease agreements relating to office buildings in Slovakia
• BALLYMORE PROPERTIES on the sale of their riverfront retail, office, hotel and residential property Eurovea in Bratislava to Trenesma Limited, fully owned by one of the partners of J&T Finance Group
• GIC, Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund, on the EUR 2.4 billion acquisition of the European logistics property company P3 Logistic Parks, including due diligence
