- Representing Teoma Global in an arbitration against Paracas Tours, a well-known touristic services company regarding a controversy between both companies from a service contract that was affected by the COVID-19 pandemic.
- Representing TMF Perú, part of TMF Group, the most important independent provider and world leader in accounting and corporate secretarial services, in an arbitration initiated by a former client.
- Representing ARSA Energy Capital in an arbitration against EnergÃa Green Evolution Sur S and Gaz Et L’Energie, involving the operation of an important thermal power plant in the province of Humay, region of Ica, south of Lima.
- Representing Acres Sociedad Titulizadora in an arbitration initiated by the Metropolitan Fund of Lima, involving an alleged contractual breach and compensation request.
- Representing Lima Airport Partners, concessionaire of Jorge Chávez International Airport, in a series of civil legal proceedings with airport suppliers.
- Representing Perú LNG in in a series of civil and administrative legal proceedings related to their gas liquefication plant, which is the first and largest in South America.
- Representing Obrascon Huarte Lain in legal actions initiated against its partner in infrastructure works and the Ministry of Transport and Communications.
